LATE ENTRY: Even if one does not "have the time to write their own letter" you already have a couple letters posted here that are most consise, so why just not cut copy paste the examples that your others, a form letter may also help you in your fight.

Write some suggestions for EMR, EMT, AEMT, or Medic. Takes like 5 - 10 min
