Thanks spenac...I actually stumbled across it on accident...but I still have no idea WHAT it is....

Just sort of a 'stream of consciousness' thing....?

It's a search tag function. Since it's listed on the front page, when folks search Google for stuff, they can get a hit on the City (I think!)
