well here it is at 4:30 am this morning i was called to a local nursing home (i wont name, names) and the complaint is that a pt had received the wrong meds. on arrival. the patient is waiting for us outside. we asked what was going on and he said" how the hell should i know, they (the nurses) just woke me up." so i ask the nurse what the deal is. she says he was given 1mg of atavane instead of his zanex. i asked what time. she said 10 30.
