Yeah, they've been doing that since even before they were bought out by AMR. Back in the mid 80s, I needed to take NR, and I called the HQ to ask them where. They asked me where I was, and I said it didn't matter. I wanted the next available test date anywhere in the U.S. They said some nasty place like Ohio or something, and I was like, "uhhh.... okay, how about the NEXT available date anywhere ELSE in the U.S.?"
