    I'm another oldtimer new to the site. Love to share experiences with new providers that seem to come out of programs with perhaps an overabundance of confidence. I think sometimes seasoned providers forget we all started out knowing nothing. Sharing our experience without alienating the new providers is a challenge at times but is a necessary part of growing our calling.
