Yes but it can also mean that the pt. has a respiratory tract problem, so do a complete assessment to find out if it is heart failure or another condition.

Yes you can see lividity on a person with dark skin, the skin just looks darker and kinda bluish (what I've seen). It usually starts appearing 30mins after death but it becomes more noticeable after 4hours.

when I chart the LOC has to come with a pretty good explanation and the "as manifested by" clues... it never comes as pt had a +LOC because of the same reasons that you explained above... acronyms are not crutches they are a good way (at least for me) to remember stuff for tests

Hi, this site http://www.wilkes.med.ucla.edu/Homebanner.htm has some lung sounds not all of them just a few... click on the tab that says lungs and it'll take you to the sounds hope it helps
