  Trained at F.L.E.T.C. (Federal Law Enforcement Training Center) in Artesia, NM - when we were doing person searches, we had to perform the "FLETC handshake" - wherein you became quite familiar with your partner's cahones....of course - there were only 3 females in that class of close to 40 - so....well, you get the picture.
