Photos must be uploaded to this thread.  (This is easy to do with the mobile version of the site.  Click insert media, and then either take a picture or chose from your phone.)

Members will click the "Like" button on the post.  The post with the most likes at 5pm September 23rd will win the $50.00 gift certificate.

It is with great sadness to inform you of the passing of Ed Sparks also known as Island EMT here on EMT City.

His wife tells me that it happened while he was returning home from work on July 8th.  

I reached out to his email address yesterday to see if he was having trouble logging into the site after the upgrade, and his wife responded.  I will be giving her the link to this post so she can view the comments.

Ed was a great contributor to this site and his passion fueled some great discussion, and educated many.  He will be missed.

I think you get a deeper conversation on forums.  Facebook and such allow you to get only a few lines in and a lot of people try to be outrageous to get their 15 seconds of fame.

Just did a newer laptop yesterday without an issue.

Today, I did my older desktop that originally had vista, was updated to Win 8 a year ago and had a few issues with Win 10.  I had to command line delete an ESET (Antivirus) file after the updated kept reloading with errors, and the my Nvidia drivers disappeared and the usual way to update them crashed the computer.  Had to manually add them via the website, but here I am, on the desktop posting with a great fast Win 10 computer.

I also use Classic Shell on all my computers to get the old "Start Menu" back.  I highly recommend it.
