Hey Shane, I'm currently the LT in my post and I have very similar interests to you. While I'm not sure yet if I'll go all the way to paramedic, I hope to be a police officer and an EMT-I. My town doesn't have a fire/EMS explorer post so I just waited until I was old enough (now) to get my basic, but I'm willing to bet EMS explorers will be good for you -Parker

During one of my shifts in police dispatch I was waiting for a call to come in when i hear over the fire radio: "BEEP BEEP, Service call for tower-1 respond to (location) for an elderly woman with an object stuck in a tree" I pick up the phone and call fire dispatch. Turns out the "object" was a cat I just burst out laughing ------------------------------------------------ "Hospital this is ambulance-1 we have (pt info) any questions?" "Uhh ambulance-1 no I dont Ill see you soon HEEHEE goodbye!"
