I have both and have read each one about 10 times. LOVE THEM!!! Great books if you dont have them find them and buy them -
BE HONEST!!!!! If you don't know something ask don't act or say that you know it just because you don't want to look dumb, because your NOT dumb. Your new and nobody knows everything. In my system we use Etomidate and Versed in order to facilitate intubation. Can anyone tell me why a system would choose one over the over as in RSI vs. PII? Thanks Scott

Hey guys and gals, Another medic and I have a question. Why is it that when you give nitro in a true AMI event chest pain is not generally relieved but in situations like angina it releves pain? Thanks for you help, Scott
