Help with recognition certificate wording

I am the secretary for our ambulance. We will be giving out certificates for years of service and I am looking for some appropriate wording for them. I have Googled and can't find anything I like. Does anyone have a certificate like this at home you can reference or share some thoughts on what you think would be a heartfelt thank you for our members? The certificates are parchment paper with traditional certificate design on the boarders.
