How's the Paramedic job market in southwestern PA? How are the protocols? What's the medical command process like?

If you are willing to go a little further east (South-Central Harrisburg/Lancaster), there are openings, and offers are very lucrative.

As far as command, meet with the boss, then our MCP, pretty mellow and laid back.
