At first I thought I might have stroked out when I read the headline and it was actually April 1st. Then I read the article and found the headline is accurate.

I can't say I'm likely to still be in EMS when I hit 93. I expect to burn out long before then.

Well, since the agency doesn't have ambulances, I'd say their primary duty is to probably arrive, assess, treat and pass off. Which you can probably do at any age, from about 12 to 112. It's pretty damn simple. Good for him.

Our Community First Responders still have to pass the ambulance driving course, and even if they did not, they still have to drive their own car there so yeah.
