Long hitter crashed the train.

Rights advocates of Oklahoma prosecuted their own inquiry and came to a conclusion that train crash was caused by engineer that was in train that carried sling vans with highly hazardous chemical agents. It was reported by media that it was a human mistake (www.seattlepi.com/news/article/Remains-recovered-in-deadly-Oklahoma-train-crash-3662323.php). Well, they said the least of it. We learned that engineer was full as a tick and it's a big luck that hazardous load wasn't on fire. It seems that local authorities became too abusive and dropped regular check of staff and that could lead to a biological mishap... This is very disturbing because fish always stinks from the head downwards and it's difficult to imagine what is going on in the higher echelons of authorities if local ones soldier on their job...
