Just Plain Ruff Posted October 12, 2011 Author Share Posted October 12, 2011 Update to the baby saga Jennifer's hemoglobin dropped to 6.2 overnight from 8.4 She started out with 10.1 due to her chronic pernicious anemia. She looked very pasty and if I saw her as a trauma patient I'd be very worried. But they gave her two units of blood and she no longers looks like the walking dead (her words not mine) but now just puny she says. We are all doing well and Jenny got a good nap today while waiting for the blood to transfuse. She really needed the rest. Thanks for all the well wishes. Cigars all around.
