How much does your IFT charge

I was wondering how much do your IFT services charge patients to transport ?

It varies wildly from city to city and state to state. If I had to ballpark it I would say most charge around $300-500 for BLS plus mileage, and between $400-700 for ALS plus mileage, but I have heard of some that charge well over $1000. Why do you ask ? Realize that most services only collect about 50% of what they bill.
