as others have said consider it a Hazmat scene , and that the patients need decontamination before transport .... which means a proper decontamination set up - which means either activating your equivalent to HART or that Fire respond if they do decon at scene.

the recieving hospital needs to be informed in case they want to decon again before the patient comes into the department, you and the vehicle may also need decon - decon at hospital is a valid option for the crew.
