msleclair
Its been a Very long time since I've posted anything here... ( 2006 ) But here's my query.. I just finished my EMR Refresher... Wrote my ACP..Got my ACP results .. Passed with no shortage of more grey hair. Had intention of applying for fall program for my EMT and well, NO Diploma .. NO admission. Over 40 and not planning on going back to high school. GED will take 4-6 Weeks for results. This leaves me sitting here thinking unless Time stands still for 2 months my plans of moving forward are looking pretty slim. Is there a EMT program in Edmonton that does NOT require a high school diploma ? If so ANY direction would be appreciated !! Worse case senerio is that I will have to apply in the new year. Would really like to get moving on this...Would like to be working in the field without a walker... Cheers !!!
