Just wondering is it madatory to kiss ass in this feild, just getting ready to start and I have a lost a job due to not kissing ass lol :P

Thanks I think, Well I think every job you have to kiss a little ass, however there is just some things that are unexceptable plain and simple. I can be nice if I have to be no prob but I am not gonna be 2 faced just to get ahead or lie or blah blah blah. I am sure everyone can understand that.
