Authorities have released the first image of Melissa Greenhagen to the media. The 37-year-old mother of four and part-time EMT was tragically killed Saturday (1/17) by a still unidentified assailant.

While the violence ended later that night with the death of the suspected shooter, the effects of that traumatic evening might be with the town for some time.
