Here. This is a class that can be taught in an hour. It's called Readyman, and it's the First Aid we teach to Webelos (older cub scouts, about 11 years old or so). You can "grow it up" for the college guys you're teaching, and leave out terminology like "hurry cases" but it is a great overview of basic, basic first aid.

You pretty much want steps 2-8, and I would add stroke and anaphylactic reaction to the "hurry case" section.

I've taught groups of 200 before in about an hour with this; make sure you have water handy and props!
