As I have spent countless hours recently viewing laws and federal guidelines. I was wondering if any agencies have there policy and procedure documents published online with there websites and if they could place links for review here.

Also I was looking for any data on the web that would be useful to a compliance officer in EMS such as myself. There is so much information out there its hard to wade through it and decide what applies to EMS and what doesn't.

We are also looking at accreditation from an independent 3rd party like, The Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS). Does anyone have any input?

That is the best choice for 3rd party accreditation, The amount of information out there is crazy, I do know one department that has a very good legal dept and they just went through that accreditation. I would be glad to put you in contact with their legal dept.
