Think about this if you do experience a violent encounter and have to defend yourself in court you will be able to say you followed a protocol and had training in self defence.

I agree with parsmedic Mike and recommend a program called DT4EMS search for their website or U-Tube it anyone who cannot see the need for this has their head in the sand.
