I'm in the process of applying for jobs right now. I heard that chances of getting hired are much better if you drop off your application in person(as opposed to applying online or something). Is this right? Well, I've heard of people getting interviewed right away while doing this, so I plan on dressing up like I'm there for an interview. What do females typically wear to these kind of interviews? Are skirts completely unacceptable?(Pencil skirts) Short heels are pretty much unavoidable for formal wear, so what kind of footwear did you girls have? What about the hair? I was thinking of tying my hair in a pony tail, like I always do, but I did a quick google search and someone advised not to. Well, my hair is long, and it almost touches my hips... so I'm not sure leaving it down is such a good idea. Also, light makeup or no makeup at all? Any additional advice is much appreciated!
