I get a manual withing 10 minutes of at patient side time, one before we transport in rig, and then one mid transport. Reinflating is not a concern to me.

Seems very dependent on the situation. Extended Incident? Probably. One time call? Not so much. If someone is at my house, I.E. Cable Man, I offer cold drink. It's just the decent thing to do on a hot day. Not long ago I got an apology card from a patient, with gift certificate in it. My partner got one too. We used them. Supervisor said ok. Otherwise, what do you do with them.
