Alex Woo

I've been an NYS EMT since 1995 and a NYS Paramedic since 1998. I've worked as an EMT in the Private and Volunteer Sector. As a Paramedic I've worked EMS in various EMS Systems in NYC, Westchester, Rockland, and Orange Counties. I'm an Lab Instructor at a City University of New York since 2002. I was an Ambulance Manager/Supervisor from 2006-2008 at a defunct Hospital Based-EMS. I'm currently the Ambulance Manager in a Private Ambulance in the Bronx, NY. I received an A.A.S. in Paramedic in 2009 from Borough of Mahattan Community College. I received an Emergency Management Certificate from FEMA in 2011. I've completed my core Nursing Courses from Excelsior College. I've been accepted to Herbert Lehman College; pursing a B.S. In Health Services Administration. I'm studying for the FP-C and hope to take the exam in the Summer of 2012. I hope to make a positive impact before I walk away from the profession...
