Hello everyone,

My name is Derrick i live in East Washington state, im 21 yrs old and have been in the ems fire field for 3+ years. im currently a EMT-Intermidiate, which in washington i can start iv lines, i can give breathing treatments, Narcan, nitro, D50. the agencys im under are bls agencys with some ILS emts. Medics are not common in are area but we do have the ability to call them out! it takes anywhere from 20min to and hr to get a medic on scene. so us as emts over here deal with stuff, that has to go to a medic anywhere else!
