One of my medics has been selected as a volunteer for the Olympic Games in February. He's having trouble finding affordable housing. I've been asked to do a keynote address for a graduating EMS Academy. After 25 years in the field and now in management, my perspective is obviously different from that of a "newbie." Given the opportunity, what words of adivice or wisdom would you share? What do they need to hear?
