Well it wasn't called Illinois Medical Emergency Response Team when it was formed but due to somebody screwing up the name had to be changed to that. IMERT is not ready for anything any more. They are down to around 500 members. And the current command staff is not very well trained. ICEP is just taking the taxpayers money for bigger offices and more money in their pockets
