do you think fire departments should reguire all firefighters to be firefighter 1and 2 or just one, and why

i would like to no if you all think all officers should have to take classes to become an officer, or if their time on the job should dictate weather or not they get to bacome on or not

i dont think fire departments should require firefighters to be emts and they should allow them to be first responders if they choose. because they didnt become a firefighter to become a emt

i would like to no what the major difference is in rural ems and city ems other than the call volume
