Hi everyone, I have a quick question for everyone - is it possible, common, or even advisable to be hired as a hospital-based critical care medic soon after finishing medic school (say in the time it takes to achieve one's CC certification)? Does the answer change if the job is at a pediatric hospital? Thanks for the input.

You'll be in fine shape, don't worry. Just make sure you practice proper lifting technique and be aware of your limits. If you need help ask for it!
