    we run a strictly 2 medic system here, and I can tell ya, there is no better way,,, I spent 26 years working with either a basic or intermediate partner and doing 90% of the work, and now it's 50/50

    thats why I don't do privates... way too much job insecurity... prefer county or goverment ran services
