In our Protocol it states that we do 200 compression in 2 minutes, during the first 100 pads are attached. continue with the compressions until the 200 are done, (we are on Manual de-fib too) the Crew Chief reads whether or not there is a shockable rhythm. If there is, then you shock, and continue with the 200 compressions. do that for 3 cycles.
