  1. Another hilarious thread... I must attempt to contribute. We call the helicoper A LOT as my unit is very remote. It is 23 minutes in the air to definitive care and about 2 hours by ground if the weather is good. Last year it was around 8 thousand base price and I believe it to be around 10 thousand this year. Oh...forgot to mention that you get a flight nurse and two paramedics for this price as well.
  2. This is the best thread I have stumbled upon in some time. LMAO. I don't know where to start. I live in Mexico for half of the year and I drive about 3,000 miles to get here with my wife and children so I carry a complete jump kit, oxygen, intubation kit, IV kit EPI... I could go on.... the works. I do it for family and friends...peace of mind. I carry a keyring mask, a pair of gloves, stack of 5X9's and a role of 1 inch tape in my "man purse" at all times for surfing accidents, but my big bag stays at home for anything serious. Never had to use the big bag down here yet thankfully. Thanks for the laughs. We all need it. I need to add... for the sake of Timmy's pulled leg and the language barrier. Here in Mexico the equivalent is "I am taking your hair". If you said "I am pulling your leg" you should be ready to fight....or have a new friend in your life!
