Thank you all for the extra help. I'm going with the Littmann Classic II S.E. Either one would be a great upgrade but I guess I'm making too big of a deal about this. Go for the one that costs less. Littmanns has always had my trust anyway.

I've used cheap and it works, but from my experience it's nice to have something that muffles out the sirens and rumbling of being in the back.

I'm sorry, I just woke up I should have been more clear on my second post. Honestly your post makes sense. I think I may just go with the DRG because it will filter out more noise after all the twists and turns of city ambulance driving.

After doing reserch I can't decide between Web Page Name or Web Page Name I'm a EMT-B, ride the ambulance etc. I've tried Littmans and liked them but the noise reduction of the DRG seems interesting.

I actually heard from some other people that Atlantic is still looking for people, and I know it isn't that far. My mother worked at Overlook Hospital and from what I understand it is near there.

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience working with Pulse Medical Transport in West Paterson, NJ or Adamo Medical Services in Totowa, NJ.
