Looking for info on TEMS

I looking to get into SWAT and TEMS programs but this is relatively new to me and I have no idea where to start. I am hoping someone in here can help me and get me at least pointed in the right direction. Let's start with a few questions I have, do I need a degree in criminal justice? Do I need military back-round? Do I need to be a cop before I can get on a swat team as a medic? These are just a few questions I have. I would love to talk to someone that is on a team or knows someone that I could talk to. Anyone that can help, that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried reading the other topics in the Tactical forum? The questions have all been asked and answered many times over. Won't take you long to find it. Quicker than it would take us to write it again.
