Wife states he took his medication and now I can't get him awake. VS Pulse 64 Resp 22 and nonlabored BP 140/90 BBS clear bilaterally O2 sat 98% on room air. History: HTN newly diagnosed 6 months ago High cholesterol. Meds: Coreg 12.5 bid for BP Zocor for cholesterol. Does she take any medication? Is it possible he actually took hers? Did he recently get a refil on his meds? If so are the pills in the bottles the right ones? Has he ingested anything that does/may contain grapefruit juice? How long after taking the meds did this happen? Is he taking any supplements, vitamins, or non-prescription meds? Does he drink?
