  1. I just finished my fourth day of training at my first EMT job. All of my muscles hurt. What are some things that I can to do combat this a bit? Mid back, neck, arms, thighs, calves... 

    Will it get better when I am not in training and spending the entire time in the back of the ambulance, either on the bench seat or the jump seat, and actually get to sit in one of the front seats?
