  1. Okay guys I have been staring at the same question for about an hour, and could not find anything online.
    Question is--->

    Which of the following is NOT a compensatory mechanism in cardiogenic shock?

    A.) Increased parasympathetic tone               C.) Dromotropy

    B.) Inotropy                                                      D.) Chronotropy

    I think it is dromotropy, but if anyone could provide any insight or assistance, it would be greatly appreciated! TIA

  2. Hello, I am wanting to keep a notebook of pathos to keep with me on the unit in case I need reference. I am only a basic, so I was wondering what different illnesses and complications I should have in there (flu, cardiac arrest, etc.) Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

  3. Hello,

    I am writing a paper on a few different types of shock for EMT school. I was wondering what all should be included to make a well rounded paper other than the pathophysiology, and treatment. I want to have an incredible paper and am open to any suggestions! Thanks in advance.

    -the golden hour and other myths in trauma care

    -how to care for a patient with spina byfida cystica considering they cannot be laid on back

    -shock in the EMS world (types, treatment, effects on various organs and cells if left untreated, treatment)
