i blew my knee out when i was 17 playing football i was told i would never be able to play again or be able to work on my feet but with hard work i proved them wrong from the doctors to to pt come up with a plan walking bending gym work just work hard and youll be fine

join a gym to start if you can find something that you enjoy sports card ect
