That is the best choice for 3rd party accreditation, The amount of information out there is crazy, I do know one department that has a very good legal dept and they just went through that accreditation. I would be glad to put you in contact with their legal dept.

I am both a fire fighter and Paramedic a Chief now but I passed the CPAT several times, it is the hardest test anyone would ever undertake, however it can be passed with some prep. Give me 6 months and I can have anyone pass it. I don't think the test is fair to women though.

I have never personally been called one however I have been there when its happened. The thing I have found is that what is happening, is we (ems) are very busy and people catch us at our 3am not in the mood for sh*t attitude and it can be presumed to be anything. We sometimes forget why we got into this work. I find after 12 years its sometimes hard to be kind to the woman faking seizures etc....I have learned to treat everyone with the same patients and respect I would give my mother and I do fine, even in the projects at 3 am. 8)
