ESSEX: The Essex Air Ambulance has announced that the makers of famous culinary ingredient, Maldon Sea Salt, will be their main sponsors for the Great Essex Feast.
Throughout March dozens of people across the county will be organising their own Come Dine With Me style dinner parties to help raise vital funds and awareness for the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance Trust.
Steve Osborne, Managing Director of Maldon Sea Salt, said: "Essex Air Ambulance provide a very valuable service for the local community in our county and we are delighted to support them and the Great Essex Feast fundraiser initiative to ensure we all keep them flying."
