Stress less! Have a hot bath, drink milk, count sheep, go for run a few hours before you go to bed, don’t eat food high in carbohydrates before you go to sleep. I’m not sure what else I could add.

The last year of school is crap but don’t lose sleep over it, I don’t lol.

Thanks for the advice. Yeah I do not normally lose sleep over school. I've been sick for the last two weeks and have missed like six days of school because I got sick right before fall break. I'm going back to school in about two hours and I haven't been to bed tonight.

Sleep is over rated. Actually it's not uncommon during stressful times or when starting something new to have these problems. Don't focus on sleeping. Focus on relaxing. Maybe think of someplace that is peaceful and relaxing. While laying in the dark might help you to fall a sleep. If I try to go to sleep I end up awake all night.

try just focusing on you not whats going on around you

clear your thoughts ,etc

no tv,no radio,no puter nothing

just try and sleep

lack of sleep is very bad for you as we all know

dont drink caffeine prior to bed dont eat prior to bed and try a hot bath

these things might help
