help with microsoft access database

i am looking for sample databases microsoft access to keep track of patient info. call times and who was on the call and other info. does anyone have any ideas where i could find this info. thank you ken

i have access. and do have somewhat of a database started. and looking to improve it. i havent heard of filemaker. is it easier to use ? would like to see a sample is there a web site that i could go to. thank you for the info so far

Did you bother to take 20 minutes googling before you jumped into programming?

I can almost bet you'd find exactly the type of app you're looking for and I would be surprised if it costs more than $20-$40.

It just sounds classic...simple CRM based on Access or whatever else.

If you can't find anything, let us (forum here) know; if you agree to publish your existing solution I'd be game to start improving it along with you - I am fairly ahead with Access myself.

But again, I am almost 100% sure you could find a stock solution.

Be careful of HIPPA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unless this is for your work and it is going to be housed at work then putting personal information on your computer like that is just asking for trouble.
