Don't play in trees.

Once you've done what you can to stabilize the critical patient, my next thought would be an evacuation plan.  In SAR, I usually assume that the ETA for the helicopter is a lie, that they'll be grounded by weather, or something else will happen between now and their projected arrival time.

Is there a road nearby? Can an ALS unit meet your team at the road and be escorted in on foot?  Do I need to start moving my patient to a good landing zone for the helicopter?  Now would also be a good time to ask for more resources to get the walking intoxicated patients moving, and planning for the "helicopter got cancelled" scenario.  This would mean a low-angle evac, probably using the trees as anchors, and 4-8 more able bodies needed to run it.
