Judge sentences former EMT to more than two decades in prison

BALLSTON SPA - Once in the court room Monday afternoon, the judge scolded Eric Loeser for not taking responsibility for his actions. Then he sentenced the 22-year-old former EMT to 20.5 years in state prison and twenty years post release supervision.
