That would solve nothing. I am sure who ever posted did not intend harm.

There are already rules in place not to post copyrighted material.

I read the link and what a load of shyte, put anything on the web and your bound (almost an expectation) to have people cut, copy, paste Hell it increases circulation fer F***'s sake ... how daft is this RJ group anyway are they loosing circulation to the point of relying on revenue from lawsuits ... they should be thanking not suing :bonk:

I believe I do owe EMT CITY support for keeping my "relative" sanity over the many years, the links, the debates, valued paramedical opinions, the contacts +++ ... so count me in !!! This SCOT is up for wee fight  as William Wallace once stated ... FREEDOM and where is the donation page ?

Contact PM for other alternative strategies as in a "web war" Bhwaa Haa Ha <insert evil laughter> as others are considering filing a counterclaim I say go for it ... the news article "linked" was first advanced to myself on EMS1.com NOT EMT City .

The focus right now is to win the case.

That would solve nothing. I am sure who ever posted did not intend harm.

I somehow get the feeling that we don't want to throw the illicit poster under a bus (as in omnibus, not a nicknamed ambulance).

Something seems fishy about Righthaven LLC, the firm handling the lawsuits, and the Review Journal. Maybe a dying newspaper found a new business model.
