Pretty wicked machine. Not much info on it though. Does it require additives to be put in it? Like you need to add soap to a carpet cleaner. Regardless, it would be a great investment for someone and make available for others to use.

Yeah that's the thing, it sounds as if they're going to loan it out to the local departments for the bubble. The only way they could ever make their money back is if nursing homes and hospitals decide to use it, but who's got the money for that these days? Even if they got takers it'd be years before it paid for itself.
