erm,im laughing..but i can assure you it is a joke..although i have been at some scenes where them vests would come in very useful at times!!!

I note the Paramedic is scratching his butt, and the technician, who appears to be female, is scratching the butt of the Nosey Bystander.

That "Bystander" vest seems to be so much like the identification card of the JAFO (Just Another Freaking Observer), which no longer seems to be available. (Polite version reads "Frustrated") I gave a JAFO card to a local politician, who until it was explained to him, wore it proudly!
