One of my fellow emt's said to put in my first initial, last name and for the password put my ssn. But I am having no luck. Somebody help. Marius357 Posted September 16, 2008 Share Posted September 16, 2008 I would contact you agency or instructor and make sure they put you in the system, I noticed you are in North Carolina where at and what system I may be able to help, as I use EMS Charts on a daily basis.
